CRM Selection and Implementation

Business Challenge

Client was about to increase their sales force and wanted to put a solid CRM system in place to meet their current and future needs.

Solution and Services Provided

We conducted an analysis of available CRM systems in the market with the intent of selecting the best system for their needs.

  • Created an inventory of the client’s needs for marketing, sales and integration with operations,
  • Performed an analysis of Act, GoldMine, SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM, NetSuite and SalesForce.com and SugarCRM,
  • Performed live tests of GoldMine, SalesLogix, NetSuite and Salesforce.com,
  • Made recommendations to client and after their selection, began implementation.

Results

Immediately following the client’s selection, we began implementation of the system:

  • Implementation included modifications to fields, defining standard business practices, establishing usage policies, creating email templates and custom reports.
